Product Related QuestionsWhat do you sell brand drugs or generics?We sell generic version of brand drugs. What is generic drug?According to FDA generic drug is bio-equivalent copy of brand drugs. Generic version is different in physical properties such as color, shape, size, taste and price from its brand version. Since generic drug represents bio-equivalency it produces exact effects to its brand drug. For example, viagra is just a given name. Sildenafil citrate is the compound that makes the viagra. Generic drug manufacturer can produce another drug with sildenafil citrate but they can not use the name 'viagra' because of patent right. For this reason generic drug producer gives another name for their drug (it could be anything but not 'Viagra'). What does bio-equivalency mean?Bio-equivalncy means a drug is identical to its brand drug in terms of active ingredient, the way contained active ingrediet is released in body and working mechanism. Why generic drugs are of such a low cost?Brand drug producers spend millions of dollars for research (hiring scientist and professional physician), clinical trial conduction, marketing and FDA approval process. In order to reccur cost of these highly expensive process they set high price. Generic drug producers has to go through FDA approval process only. This saves lot of money and generic producers can even afford to sell that drug at 78% lower than the cost of brand drug. Why the received medicines are different in many ways from brand drugs?Brand drug manufacturer enjoys 20 years of patent right to produce that drug. Patened properties are shape, size, color, taste and name. But no one can get patent for the active ingredient of that drug. Thus, generic producer company can manufacture medicines with same active ingredient but can not apply patened properties of brand drug to its generic medicine. Where these medicines are manufactured?Madicines are manufactured and shipped from India.How will i receive my parcel? Do I need to sign while receiveing parcel?We ship parcel in such a way that customers won't have to sign. Parcel, wrapped in envelop, will be dropped in mail box (unless in Standard Mail). You can pick it up later. Such shipment process ensures privacy of customers. When do you send parcel?Although we keep products in stock for as fast delivary as possible, it takes 1-2 days to ship parcel.
